Our items are all Calculated for Flat Rate Shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
Free Shipping!
- Orders over $94.95 and items within that order that are less then 20lbs automatically receive Free Shipping! Items that are not eligible for the 94.95/20lbs free shipping promotion are bathtubs, cast iron or large sinks, shower modules and doors, and any item requiring special freight.
- Items that are eligible for the 94.95/20lbs free shipping promotion are those that can be shipped by: UPS Standard Ground Shipping and are shipped within the US, to the 48 contiguous states.
- Items that need to be shipped via a LTL Freight carrier or are over 20lbs qualify for free shipping if the order is over $2200.

| Wrong Shipments |

| If you were shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact us at sales@faucetlink.com or 866-559-8575 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product free of charge. For more detailed information please refer to our return policy. |

We will accept returns if customer changes mind or item is damaged. If item is damaged in shipping we will file a claim with ups.
